Hello, I'm Nicoletta. I call Porto home, and I'm passionate about the Camino de Santiago.

I've journeyed the Camino Francés twice, ventured along the Camino Portugués from Lisbon twice, and explored the Portuguese Way from Porto somewhere between 5 and 10 times.

In essence, I'm your go-to expert. I've meticulously documented every kilometer, and I intimately understand the rhythm of life on the Camino de Santiago.

And because I've experienced firsthand how overthinking can lead to roadblocks, I've also delved into some psychological training.

The official procedure is that you book a consultation with me. You can either start with a free 10-minute quick consultation or opt for a one-hour consultation (which can be divided into 10-minute increments) for €80.

To book, simply reach out to me via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage, and make the payment in advance via PayPal or bank transfer.

If you're in urgent need of assistance and can't follow the standard procedure, feel free to reach out to me directly with your issue. We'll address your concern first, and then sort out the payment afterward.

Please try to communicate in writing initially whenever possible and refrain from calling without prior agreement. Phone calls are reserved for emergencies or by prior arrangement.

The fine print

I'm not a travel agency with a call center. Instead, I'm a freelancer who passionately cares for “her" pilgrims. However, this also means that I may not always be available.

When you book my consultation, there's no guarantee that I'll be immediately accessible. Just like anyone else, I might be at the dentist, assisting another client, or otherwise occupied and unable to answer my phone right away.

Generally, I respond promptly and attend to matters swiftly, but I can't provide a fixed timeframe in advance for when you'll receive a response.

It is good to know

Usually, I'm available from 8 a.m. to midnight, close to my phone.

If I'm sleeping or prefer not to be disturbed for any reason, I won't receive message notifications, but phone calls will still come through. So, you won't wake me up if you decide to book my consultation in the middle of the night and send me a message.
