If you find during the phone call that you need more time, please let me know before the free consultation period ends. The initial consultation will always remain free of charge and will not automatically become billable unless you explicitly request additional consultation. Otherwise, the call will simply end.
If I have availability, we can extend the call if you wish. In this case, the rate of €80 per hour applies, and you can use the hour in increments of 10 minutes.
For example, if you talk to me on the phone for 30 minutes during the initial consultation, you will have used 20 minutes of your booked hour and will still have 40 minutes remaining. You can use this time for tasks such as reviewing your plans, seeking assistance in finding accommodations on the Camino de Santiago, or receiving support during emotional crises.
